When I was in 4-H as a kid, I learned to basketry. I started my little etsy shop a few years ago to try to sell some of my baskets.

Then Christmas season came. My Dad had taught me to use the scroll saw when I was in high school and I had made some ornaments over the years, incorporating my interests in painting as well. That first Christmas on etsy, my snowman family ornaments gained in popularity, so now for a few months a year they "take over" my shop.

After a tough semester of college I sold back as many books as I could and taught myself to quilt over the summer. I later learned how to sew clothing and embroider as well.

As I go through different seasons in life, my interests and my crafts change also. We are raising kids, cows, chickens, and produce on a little "wannabe farm" as I like to call it. Reflecting on that, I am striving to use my varied craft interests to provide a wide selection of "farmhouse" style decor. I love to sew for my 5 daughters, so you can find lots of free tutorials on my blog, too.

I am currently in a season where I am very busy raising my children, so I only take limited orders. Thank you for understanding!
